The Welgeval 171 JP Communal Property Association is firmly governed by its comprehensive WCPA Constitution. This foundational document outlines the rights, responsibilities, and operational procedures that ensure transparency, accountability, and the equitable management of communal property for the benefit of all its members. The membership consists of 9 families, who are the direct descendants of the original landowners. To administer the day-to-day affairs of the CPA, a dedicated committee of 9 family representatives is elected for a 5-year period. The current committee was elected in 2019, representing the entire membership as stipulated in the Constitution."
